We’re a locally-owned Oregon company tracing our roots back to the early 80’s when James M. "Farney" Edwards started C & E Rentals in Springfield, OR, eventually selling to Prime Equipment as a three location, full-line equipment rental company in 1998. Our owners and management grew up in that era and in 2009 purchased Beehive Rental Co., another local Eugene company dating back to the early 80’s. With the 2011 opening of our Tualatin store, we offered many years of experience serving the equipment rental needs of the Eugene/Springfield and Portland Metro markets.

In Spring 2016, we merged with Ivy Equipment in Portland, bringing their revered staff into the C & E Rentals family. Now, Kevin McPhail and Dennis Reeves bring the same enthusiasm and integrity that became synonymous with the Ivy name to C & E Rentals. Their hand-picked team of twelve dedicated individuals has combined experience of over 150 years in this specialized industry.
