We are all experiencing a higher level of stress and worry these days.  This interactive workshop will provide us with tools to help us, as well as our teams, to manage and reduce stress in order to provide better service to our customers and improve our quality of life.

  • Learn how to focus our energy to be more productive and positive
Dale Carnegie has been developing skills for people since 1912.  In the 1940’s, Dale Carnegie started writing the book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living,” which was during WWII. Dale also wrote about how people managed stress during the smallpox epidemic which he was a part of during his youth.
Kevin McWhirter is a Consultant and Certified Trainer with Dale Carnegie.  He has 30 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Lending/Consulting industry and ten years of experience as a Financial Advisor.  Kevin has an AA degree in Accounting, a BS in both Business Management and Marketing, and a Master of Education.
